4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. However, the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.
Additional charges, including delivery fees where applicable, will be clearly displayed before purchase.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Delivery is available across Ireland and typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
Collection is usually available within 48 hours of order confirmation, subject to availability.
Customers must ensure that someone is present at the delivery address between 08:00 and 18:00 on the agreed delivery day.
Full delivery details are outlined on our Delivery Information page.
8. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.
Ownership of the goods will not pass until full payment has been received.
9. Returns and Refunds
If you are purchasing as a consumer (not in the course of business), you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
However, this right may not apply to:
- Goods that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Customised or made-to-order machinery
- Machinery that has been assembled, installed, or put into operation
Returned items must be in their original condition and may be subject to inspection.
Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and assessed.
For business-to-business transactions, returns are not accepted unless agreed in writing.
Please Note: Returns of goods under change-of-mind reasons will carry a restock fee of 15% of the purchase price value.
10. Warranty and Liability
We will honour any applicable manufacturer warranties provided with the machinery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of business, profits, or revenue
- Improper use, operation, or maintenance of machinery
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
